Trappist beer aroma, Trappist beer palate. Predictability is always a bad thing. Like come on. They changed BBQ Shapes from their traditional, predictable, flavour and Australia just about went to war

Appearance: Pours hazy light golden with a massive persistent creamy white head, leaving nice lacings.
Aroma: Citrus, citric, spice, pepper, grass and hops.
Taste: Pepper, spice, citrus, grapefruit, citric, malt and yeast, with notes of alcohol. A lot drier and bitter than the aroma suggests, spicy and a little sourness all the way through. Dry bitter finish with hops and spicy peppery alcoholic notes, lingering.
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied, smooth and creamy, light carbonated.

Bonne longueur sur le caramel mais le goût principal est marqué par du chewing-gum à la fraise de mon enfance...
