A strong, dry and spicy trappist ale. The product of a secondary fermentation lasting 5 weeks. This is a complex ale with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional ale, with a great deal of finesse and elegance, and with a splendid long after taste.

Exquisito final seco.

I bought this bottle from Amstein, the last year, best before 11/2017, coming from my cellar and I drank it yesterday like an aperitive. In my own opinion, it is a good tripel at 9.5 degrees of alcool. My main critic is that you feel the alcool at the final. The body is brown/orange with thousands of pieces of yeast, brown and white foam, regular carbonation. The taste is direclty strong at the mouth, presence of alcool, really malty, fruity, fruity and fruity with plum, apricot, honey, giving a touch of sweetness, some hop, sugar and Belgian yeast. The first sip has a high carbonation and alcool, after this beer develops more aromas of malt and sweetness, ginger bread. It is a good one, better not to drink ten bottles.

Kesif arpa kokusu. Fazlaca alınan alkol tadı. Asitliği az. Rengi kahverengine yakın. Tarzım değil.

Brzoskwinie, owoce tropikalne, leciutka metaliczność, ziołowa chmielowość. W smaku owocowe, przypraw owe, trochę karmelowe, lekka goryczka i alkohol w tle. Dobre

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2017 Lots of yeast, malt, hints of ripe banana and some alcohol in the aroma. Medium body and high carbonation. Quite carbonated for an ale. Very well balanced taste of bitter and sweet, yeast and a touch of honey. Longlasting bitter and slightly sweet aftertaste. Dry finish. Quite sessionable considering the high abv.

I liked Westmalle Tripel very much. This is, certainly, an exceptional Abbey Tripel. I like its fruity aroma and colour of old gold.

3 finger white head. Hazy, mid orange coloured beer.

Aroma is banana mallow, lemon peels, yellow raisins, candied sugar, slight funk, touch of red apple and a subtle phenolic note that actually fits in. Complex and elegant.

Taste is banana mallow, caramelized sugar, an earthy note, saison yeast, red and slight green apple, white bread and clove.

Mouthfeel is round and creamy. Slightly dry and sticky with a nice, medium-high carbonation that fits very well. Medium-low bitterness. Subtle tartness.

Overall: Not a favorite style of mine but I do appreciate a good beer when I taste one. Full of flavour combined with a very pleasing mouthfeel and a equally pleasing aroma makes this a winner. Not a trace of alcohol. Pretty much spot on for the style.
