Bottle in a hotel room in Brussels. Hazy golden colored with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of caramel and hops with notes of spices. Fruity flavor of caramel and hops with notes of brett. Hoppy finish.

Tripel fatta molto bene!

Yellow body with a thick white cap. Belgian yeast, floral notes, fruity esters. Light sweetness. Medium bodied. Perhaps a hint of lemon and assorted light citrus. Bready with soft carbonation. Pretty good.

Strange beer in the way that it is hard to point what it smell and what it taste. A great beer to try and to open a degustation session.

Multi-grains beer (so could be classified as a specialty grain here) made for Waterloo Beverages LLC by the Struise Brouwers but at Deca. Off-white, pretty stable, irregular head over a warm orange blonde beer with nice sparkles, cloudy with deposit. Fruity and aromatic hoppy aroma, orange, ginger, papaja, caramel, sherry, hay, honey, peach, cardboard, sherry. Rounded fruity onset (orange, gooseberry), yeasty, spicy hints, supple mouthfeel, caramelly and somewhat nutty malts, some grainy sourishness from the other grains, peppery and grassy hop bitterish finish, long and dry, some subtle bourbon-like alcohol and lasting yeastiness.

Bottle. Hazy orange, low white head. Marzipan, rum and belgian yeast nose. Medium body, ligt sparkly mouthfeel. Cake flavors - light wheat, rum, dried fruit, orange peel, one of those artificial candied cherries retronasal. Liquid desert, pleasant enough actually.
