Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruits, some mild floral and yeasty notes as well. Flavour is fruits, yeast, some wood, quite sweet malts and actually a quite big bitterness lurking in the background and giving a nice dry bitterness in the finish and aftertaste.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque dark amber with a yellowish head. Heavily phenollic aroma with some alcohol lurking. Medium body, a little lowish in carbonation, overripe fruit, a little chocolate and some hops appearing late. Better than the single X me thinks. 030312

On tap (from the Mobile Struise Beer Dispenser!) at CBC. Hazy amber beer, good cream coloured head. Palate is smooth, a little dry and has a creamy feel. Fresh malts - somwhat tripel like with noticeable spice. Nice caramel and orange - peach. Finish is quite dry.
