Deep amber pour with a cream head. Nose is wheat, caramel, sweet, and socks. Thin palate, heavy caramel, dough, light wheat, and banana. tdcritch (153) - Missouri, USA - MAR 6, 2012
Pours a dark amber with a small head. Light malt aroma slight bitter taste. Overall an OK beer. unclemike (3124) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - JAN 31, 2012
Golden and cloudy with a fluffy white strong head, Sweat Betty full citrus banana nose says summer with a German accent. Bubble gum plays a prominent role in the aroma. Wheaty character is strong with a slightly tart quenching finish.

Hazy amber with a decent cream colored head. Aroma is of butterscotch, toast, light butter, and a little hay funk due to slight oxidation that actually suits the beer quite well. Too bad the brewer wasn’t actually trying for the funk. Taste is heavy in butter. Like licking it right out of the tub (you know you’ve done it). Also has notes of toast, nuts, caramel, wheat. travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 23, 2011
The color is amber to red, light tan head, and clear. The taste is sweet, butter, oxidized, cardboard, chalk, and wheat. The smell is paper, cardboard, wheat, oxidized, and a slight bit of funk. Thin and off mouthfeel

Appearance: ruddy ambers and garnets, slightly dirty and muddled under a pithy head. A broken collar bordering a broken film lingers, even after a few average swirls.
Dixonian (1562) - Plano, Texas, USA - OCT 16, 2011
Nose: stewed peaches, apricots, and apple cores. Fig cake in the back. Whole wheat loaves, dense and thick, almost cakey – fig newtons come to mind.
Palate: chewy soft mouth of wheat. Dry in the finish with apple skins and stems. Meager plum and grape skins, dried apricots, and ending with an unpleasant hard salty mineral quality.
Final Thoughts: not really that good. The finish was especially unpleasant and I ended up not finishing the glass.
Amber brew with a small amount of head. There’s that butter again - starting to wonder what this brewery is using that is causing such a strong butter aroma. Caramel malt aroma as well - flavors of wheat and nuts. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 7, 2011
(12oz bottle thanks to Dixonian) medium amber, effervescent bubbles and a creamy tan head. Nose of butter, apple, and wheat. Taste of wheat, cracker, umami, and a bit of rye. Thin body, watery finish and linger of stewed tomatoes. Not good. cubs (10635) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - AUG 12, 2011
Bottle with gooovikings in KC. Thanks Jetson! Red orange appearance with a tan head. Light caramel, toffee malty, light citrusy nose. Caramel, toffee malty flavor with a very faint wheat note. It’s hard to consider this a wheat beer in my mind. fiercepanda (615) - Missouri, USA - JUL 2, 2011
A clear, reddish copper beer with a non-existent head. The aroma is slightly malty, but just smells like dirty water. The flavor is surprisingly malty, mostly coffee and chocolate, but not delicious in the least. Thin palate, nothing stands out, and I can’t put my finger on it, but something is off.
