(12oz bottle, courtesy of Dixonian) Pours a clear amber body with a small cream head. Aroma of caramel, wheat, nuts, and toasted grain. Flavor of caramel, nuts, and wheat. Cavie (4717) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAR 4, 2011
Bottle courtesy Dixonian. Pours a clear light orange color with a big bubbly head. Aroma is buttered popcorn, definite diacytal. Caramel corn and dry wheat. Flavor is buttery and wheat with a bitter dry finish. SphinxTX (2875) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - FEB 28, 2011
Bottle thanks to Dixonian. Pours clear amber with off white head. Aroma of light nut and caramel, some toast. Flavor much the same but overall this is a pretty watery, toned down brew. hill4575 (10) - Missouri, USA - NOV 15, 2010
A pretty nondescript wheat beer. Good dark color. Decent taste. It’s a local beer, so I’ll try it again if I get the chance, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Draught with lunch for the Christmas Tree lighting. Pretty simple wheat ale overall. Clear amber-brown color with no real head or lacing. Fairly light aroma with a little sweet grain. Flavor was again light with a fairly thin mouthfeel. Just a little less pronounced that I expected from a wheat ale. Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - SEP 4, 2010
12oz bottle. Pours a very lightly hazed, amber colored body with a finger-width, dense and frothy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is sweet malts with some caramel, toasted bread, a hint of cocoa, and nuts. A touch of fruitcake and earth. Flavor is a watered down version of the aroma. Nutty and bready with some fruitcake and a light hop. The somewhat stale hop taste grows in the finish where this dries and leaves a medium length aftertaste. Medium, smooth body and carbonation. Overall, a pretty bland beer. Not a whole lot going on here. Eh... topherh (1928) - Kearney, Missouri, USA - AUG 10, 2010
Pours a dark amber with an of white head. Aroma is sweet malt with some yeasty, bready notes. Flavor is light sweet malt, bit of hops. Clean and uninfected, this is a big plus from this brewer. dwaggs2 (1297) - Jefferson City, Missouri, USA - JUL 23, 2010
Average beer. It did kind of grow on me though. Bottle. Poured a hazy amber color with a very small white head. Aroma was bread and malts. Flavor was amber flavors. Matls, yeast and spices. A metallic taste at first like the bottle was infected but then left. average at best but gets more points with me because it is a local beer. thegreenrooster (4396) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - JUL 3, 2010
Pour is a dark amber with a large white head. Aroma is a burnt breadyness. I don’t know if that is what they were going with but i give it the benefit. Flavor is weaker with some gingerbread and winter wheat but not enough to carry this above par.
