It poured a dark amber color with an off-white head. The aroma was sweet malt with some yeasty and bready notes. The taste was light sweet malts and some hops. A decent Wheat Ale. unclemike (3170) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - JAN 31, 2012
Golden and cloudy with a fluffy white strong head, Sweat Betty full citrus banana nose says summer with a German accent. Bubble gum plays a prominent role in the aroma. Wheaty character is strong with a slightly tart quenching finish.

Moving out of KS rate-a-poolza.12oz bottle poured into a 12oz Corsendonk glass. Not a fresh bottle but was in a store fridge the whole time. dwaggs2 (1297) - Jefferson City, Missouri, USA - JUL 23, 2010
A dust slightly old malt aroma. A little bit of bread sweetness. Flavor is better with less of the dusty malt and more of the chewy malt bread sweetness. Low on hops. Not bad but boring. Reddish amber in color.
Average beer. It did kind of grow on me though. Bottle. Poured a hazy amber color with a very small white head. Aroma was bread and malts. Flavor was amber flavors. Matls, yeast and spices. A metallic taste at first like the bottle was infected but then left. average at best but gets more points with me because it is a local beer. berrya785 (441) - Kansas, USA - APR 2, 2013
Pours a hazy dark amber with a big tan head and good lacing. Aroma is toasted grains, caramel, and fruity. Taste is same as the aroma with not much of a wheat flavor.

Draught with lunch for the Christmas Tree lighting. Pretty simple wheat ale overall. Clear amber-brown color with no real head or lacing. Fairly light aroma with a little sweet grain. Flavor was again light with a fairly thin mouthfeel. Just a little less pronounced that I expected from a wheat ale. hill4575 (10) - Missouri, USA - NOV 15, 2010
A pretty nondescript wheat beer. Good dark color. Decent taste. It’s a local beer, so I’ll try it again if I get the chance, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. thegreenrooster (4518) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - JUL 3, 2010
Pour is a dark amber with a large white head. Aroma is a burnt breadyness. I don’t know if that is what they were going with but i give it the benefit. Flavor is weaker with some gingerbread and winter wheat but not enough to carry this above par. topherh (1929) - Kearney, Missouri, USA - AUG 10, 2010
Pours a dark amber with an of white head. Aroma is sweet malt with some yeasty, bready notes. Flavor is light sweet malt, bit of hops. Clean and uninfected, this is a big plus from this brewer. Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - SEP 4, 2010
12oz bottle. Pours a very lightly hazed, amber colored body with a finger-width, dense and frothy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is sweet malts with some caramel, toasted bread, a hint of cocoa, and nuts. A touch of fruitcake and earth. Flavor is a watered down version of the aroma. Nutty and bready with some fruitcake and a light hop. The somewhat stale hop taste grows in the finish where this dries and leaves a medium length aftertaste. Medium, smooth body and carbonation. Overall, a pretty bland beer. Not a whole lot going on here. Eh...
