500 ml flaske delt på RBHD-treff på Fjøløy. Vintage 2015. Klar gullfarget kropp uten skum. Lukter eple og lukte-viskelær og et innslag av svovel. Smaker godt av søtlig eple. Fin fylde. Veldig godt og lettdrukket.

Sigmund (7390) - Tau, NORWAY - SEP 3, 2016
Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. Golden colour, shortlived white head. Aroma of cider apples, oak and sulphites. Medium sweet flavour of cider apples and sweet eating apples, hints of oak and sulphites.

minihame2 (621) - Oulu, FINLAND - AUG 20, 2016
Clear, extremely pale yellow colour with some bubbles. Aroma has red apples, dry, somewhat yeasty. Medium, sweet taste, a little bit of dryness towards the finish. Alcohol pushes through a bit. Medium body, slick mouthfeel. Not that great in my opinion.

Scopey (14511) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 27, 2016
Bottle from work, so probably picked up at Sainsbury’s. It pours clear green - gold with a quickly dissipating fizzy white head. The aroma is quite rough, barnyard, earth, sugary sweet, apple skin and apple cider. The taste is surprisingly light, sweetish, white sugar, apple pie, tinned fruits, alcohol hit, some acidity, earth and distant wood. The finish is pretty short. Medium body and fine carbonation. Found this a bit disappointing really - a bit thin and sweet. So-so.

jfb (6231) - GERMANY - MAY 21, 2016
(bottle) clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of apple pie and custard, with some notes of green olives, earth and yeast. flavour is mostly apple juice, burnt caramel and ethanol, with a medium sweetness and some raw beef in the finish. heavy-bodied with soft carbonation.

SeniorZozo (1841) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 4, 2016
Pale gold, no head. Apple aroma, no real oak presence. Surprisingly thin for the alcohol heft. Dry finish. OK.

ShivanDragon (4086) - Leeuwarden, NETHERLANDS - MAY 1, 2016
8.2, 500ml. Helder gouden zonder kraag. Aroma van zure groene appels, hout, zoet. Smaken zijn erg zacht met prikkelende co2, lekkere appel fruitzuren, zoetig, zoetzure afdronk, licht droog, m body, lekker voor de afwisseling.

danlo (3019) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - MAR 30, 2016
500ml bottle from local shop. 2015 vintage. Sparkling, golden colour, with a short-lived fizzy white foam head. Nose of apple, must, hints of funk and sulphur. Flavour is fruity apple, sweetish, with some underlying warm alcohol, light tannin, alittle oak, tartness and a sulphur hint. Oily mourthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK.

ThirstyBird (2914) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 15, 2016
2014 vintage Bottle from Waitress. Pours a clear medium yellow color with a quickly receding head. The smell is wood, mature apples, floral, dust. The taste is very dry, vinous, some oak, some aged apple flavor with a crisp very dry ending. The body is light/medium with prickly carbonation. More depth than a lot of ciders.
