0.33L bottle, smallish head, strong carbonation, murky yellow colour with slight orange taints, aroma of apple juice, with some winey and barnyard notes, flavour of apples with some wood notes and a citrusy acidity, quite dry with a pleasant bitter sour aftertaste. Good.

Pours with head that diminishes very quickly, like ciders usually do. Color is cloudy light yellow. Fresh and quite elegant aroma has fresh and fermented apple and a clear oak barrel fermentation aroma. Some citrus notes as well. Palate is quite dry, but pleasant. Taste is fresh and quite sour and has raw apples, lemon & lime and some spiciness. It’s quite enjoyable cider and I would call it a "go-to" cider in the sense that this will certainly satisfy one’s cider cravings in a very pleasant way. Having the taste of raw apples is a bit weird, but bearable, when enjoyed in small amounts.

Bottle from ciderandmore.de . Pours cloudy yellow. Nose is intense acidic apple, some oak, some vanilla. Palate starts fruity fresh apple, becomes a bit bitter and ends acidic. Boozy finish. Pretty nice, a bit too boozy, not as easy going.

PREZENTACJA: lekko zmętniony, barwy naturalnej lemoniady, piana pojawia się tylko w trakcie nalewania;
AROMAT: delikatny - kwas mlekowy, nuty funky, lekko winne;
ODCZUCIE: ciało średnie, musujące, lekko ściąga na języku, słodko-wytrawny finisz;
SMAK: słodki, winny, po chwili wytrawny lekko cierpki z drewnianą goryczką ;
OGÓLNIE: w zasadzie to mój pierwszy cydr, więc po prostacku napiszę, że w aromacie jest mało jabłka, ale smak, poza zbytnią słodyczą, jest całkiem przyjemny, podobnie jak odczucie w ustach.

Bottle - Funky apple and some light petroleum. Cloudy gold with no head. Funky apple with some peel. Semi dry with almost no acidity.

Delirium (669) - Falmouth, Cornwall, ENGLAND - NOV 29, 2016
Bottle, by which I mean a big 2L jug. Pours bright, moderately cloudy yellow with a tiny head. Aroma is lemon, apples, and a hint of vanilla. Flavor is slightly tart lemon up front, with a good mix of sour and sweet apples in the middle, and moderately dry, crisp and acidic finish. Just a hint of booziness. Pretty solid.
