Sampled at Charlie’s. Pale amber appearance. Clear cider. Quite sour and sweet aroma. Flavour is refreshing. Quite acid in the finish. No vinegar notes. An ordinary cider. Ungstrup (38235) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2006
An orange cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as apple core. The flavor is lovely acidic, but still with a sweetness. The acidity draws out the mouthwater. But inspite of the strength the body still feels watery. Sobchak (131) - Skagen, DENMARK - JAN 8, 2006
(Bag in box) - Golden, crystal clear colour. Woody, dry, ripe apple nose. Although a bit watery, this is a nice and wellmade cider. Joeh (2049) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 21, 2005
Cask at The Falcon (JDW), High Wycombe, Bucks. Golden with a very slight haze and a rough white head that soon dissipates into nothing. Typical Westons aroma – very woody (oak), fruity, slightly musty, a touch of funk and some alcohol presence. In the mouth this is medium sweet with some satisfying dryness and a touch of astringency. Juicy apples and a pleasant oaken woody character typical of the producer with some hints of egg and sulphur down the back of the throat. The alcoholic element is fairly warming. Aftertaste is lasting with oak and apple cores. Like most Westons cider’s it’s very approachable with very little to scare off the novice, but unlike the mass-market producers this still has some bite to keep it interesting. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 10, 2005

Market Porter, Borough, London. Sweet apple juice, with some alcohol in the finish, a bit too cleasn and sweet.
[bag in box from kirky puffer] smells of ripe apples, well bodied, dry finish. Mungo (2470) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - AUG 27, 2005
From a 3 litre box. Aug 05. A hint of woody fruit on the nose. Slightly sweet and incredibly smooth almost to the point of being characterless. Quite enjoyable without taxing the tastebuds.
