Fruchtig süßer Antrunk, eher Saft als Perry. Dennoch deutlich angenehmer als der Cider, trockener, runder, spritzig. Die Süße bleibt konstant, im Hintergrund aber trockener. Spritzig, nett. 7/9/8/9/7/9 minutemat (5938) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 1, 2015
500ml bottle as Tesco Simply Pear Cider, drunk at Ellesmere Mere. Pours light greenish yellow, clear. Aroma is light perry pears. Taste is light, clean and refreshing, sweet but not too much. Fine sunny day Perry. rayaron (1927) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - MAY 9, 2015
Bottle sample. Very clear and light yellowish with no head. Aroma of pear and apple, a bit winey. Sweet pear and apple flavor, mild sourness, kind of white wine. Flat, light-bodied. Very quaffable. harrisoni (19165) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 23, 2015
Bottle from Tesco and drunk at home. Pale gold clear not many bubbles at all. Some pear on the aroma. Sweetish pear juice in the mouth. It’s not terrible, but it’s not great either. Just too sweet. OK for the mass audience, no good if you like perry though. Not sure I’ll finish the bottle. Not that it’s horrible, it’s just too sweet. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - FEB 2, 2015
Bottled. Pale yellow colour with not too much head. Aroma is pear, sugar, some citrus and some mild vinegary notes. Flavour is pear, some green apples and mild sugary notes to it. Also some vinegar toward the finish.

Klassischer Perry ohne große Höhepunkte. Etwas viel an Zucker, ein paar undefinierbare Früchte und ein süßer Abgang. Geht so. McTapps (6954) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - SEP 9, 2014
Bottle bought as Tescos Simply Pear Cider at Tesco in Eastbourne. Pours out in a light vanilla colour with medium body. Aroma of light pears and sugar. Taste of sugar, leaves, sweet light fruits and light pears. Sugary finish. Drinkable, yet nothing special. DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2014
As Simply TossCo. Warwickshire’s premier Eis-perry (hoyed the bastard in the freezer and forgot about it). Cloudy lemonade looks mid-thaw; liquified clear with a white wine transparency and headlessness. Nose of vanilla ice cream over underlying acidic interest. Sweet-sour but mostly sweet with good natural fruit and vanilla flavours, the sweetness well tempered by yeast and sorbet/Sicilian lemonade lemonade sharpness. Maybe it’s just the neat booze I’m drinking. Devilishly easy drinking.

Bottle from tesco. Very pale greenish yellow with lots of carbonation. Aroma is mild pear and sugar. Taste is sweet pear syrup with some sweetness thrown in for good measure. Drinkable but way too sweet.leaparsons (10696) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2014

Bottle. Very pale yellow cider with some bubbles. Aroma of faint pear and apple peel. Taste is pears, sweetener and quite tart. OK for the price, at least it has some taste of pears to it.
Bottle. Straw coloured with low carbonation. Aromas are pulpy pear syrup. Lightly woody with citrus notes. Flavours are sweet pear juice. Hurt my teeth and gave me a headache. Some light tart green apple notes. Gentle carbonation. Too sickly sweet.

Bottle. Pale gold with minimal foam. Aromas are pear and green apple with icing sugar. Prickly carbonation with lemon. Flavours are crisp and tart with sweet pear. Quite acidic. The expected poor finish. Not too bad.

Bottle. Pale gold with light carbonation. Aromas are sweet pear with some citrus. Flavours are pear drop sweets with earthy, ripe notes. Fruity on the finish but with some artificial notes. I prefer my perries to be more agricultural.
