COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle and Keg. May also appear as Westons Premium Irish Style Cider, or as Westons Cider Ice when served through a special pump which dispenses a mixture of cider and frozen cider ice. Not to be confused with Westons Premium Organic Cider.
A contemporary cider with the classic pedigree of a traditional cider maker. Rich amber coloured with a ripe apple aroma and a medium dry taste. Matured in old oak vats to produce a quality cider with a refreshing, crisp apple flavour. Highly carbonated for maximum thirst quenching; deliciously refreshing served over ice.

Bottle (50 cl) from Systembolaget. A bit raw green apple aroma, dry and slightly peel bitter. Dull.

Jonte (1413) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - JAN 8, 2011
Bottle. Clear golden colour. Tart apples, dust, a bit cheesey, some sulphur, not very sweet. Dry and a bit astringent finish. Refreshing and easy drinking, but not very exciting.

On tap at the Wharf. As Premium Medium Dry Draught Cider. A clear, still, dark golden cider. Pleasant aroma of ripe apples, orchard, apple cores and a little touch of fruit syrup. Quite dry on the palate, but not puckering. Pleasant carbonation and full body. Apples of course dominate the flavor, but there’s also a faint spiced touch. Drying, apple finish with a touch of apple cores and fruit syrup. Drinks easy, quenches and is tasting good too. 101216

ComradeK (1250) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - AUG 28, 2010
568ml bottle shared with Blockley. Pours a clear dark gold, with, as one might expect of a cider, no head. There is a pervasive aroma of Jarlsberg cheese, mixed with dried apple. Initially it tastes much the same, before a dry, tart apple takes over. The finish adds some sweeter fruit characteristics. Not as good as some other Westons ciders, and the Jarlsberg flavour is very weird, but I do still find this fairly enjoyable.

Linnet (1873) - Karlstad, SWEDEN - APR 29, 2010
Appearance: Golden colour with no head. Aroma: Very acidic, dry but also a cear prescence of apples that I like. Flavour: Rich apple flavour dry but also an appealing sweetness, some notes of vinegar. Mouthfeel: Clean crisp, lively. Total:this is a good cider

saxo (18961) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 14, 2010
Bottle. Very small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are nice crisp apples, citrus, oak and well hidden alcohol.

tomer (3655) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - FEB 12, 2010
0.33L bottle, almost no head, extremely fizzy, deep clear golden colour, dominant aroma of ripe apples and yeast, same traits continue as the flavours with something citrusy added, body not too light. There is something reminiscent of a traditional cider about this one.

2.9
DSG (15035) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JAN 27, 2010
Bottle. Clear deep golden with some white foam. Slightly acidic aroma of green apples and citric hints. Sweetish apple flavor with faint acidity and some sugar. Watery and quite fizzy. Nothing impressive, but still an OK Cider.
