On draught at Cloisters. Pours a golden colour with a fair white head. Apple aroma and flavour. Quite dry and not too sweet. Nice dry finish. Moderate carbonation and a little CO2 prickle. AshtonMcCobb (6501) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 19, 2011
Tasted from a tap at a stand at the Shrewsbury Flower Show. The appearance is amber, fizzy and generally cider-like, there is a sweet apple aroma coming from the nose and the taste has a deeper more intense stewed apples. The palate is good, as with many ciders, there is depth of flavour, this carries through the middle section and there is a clean zingy finish. Overall, this is a decent cider. The difficulty I have is differentiating in the appearance of ciders which are generally not as pleasing as a beer with a nice head and the palate which is generally good with ciders, as discussed above. Can. Rather average apple nose, pale gold color with lace. Bland, medium sweet flavor, apple, some spice. Just a touch of tartness. Drinkable and tasty, though not very interesting. Refreshing, not much else going on. thirstyrabbit (1849) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 31, 2011
440ml can. Golden applejuice colour. Medium head. Light aroma of fermented apples. Taste is medium dry and the finish is pleasantly tart. A bit watery palate but this one is still much better than most of the oversweetened local ciders. magsinva (1241) - Virginia, USA - JUL 6, 2011
tap on 7/3/11 - appearance - clear gold with no head. Aroma is crisp green apples. Taste is in the sweet/tart end of the spectrum. Body is thin, but the tartness lingers nicely.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms South, Stockholm, 5 March 2011) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, slightly tart nose with apple juice and a touch of pears. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of green apples and a touch of citrus. Rather light body, slightly sweet. Hardly exciting, but well balanced and drinkable. 5 Light sharp allpey aroma.
2 Pale, cleaer and a bit fizzy
6 Sweet, slightly sharp appley taste
3 Watery and sticky. However, there’s some acidic crispness.
10 Pretty tasty, but still clear filtered nonsense.
500ml bottle. Pours a clear medium gold. The aroma is very fruit-driven, with lots of sweet apple and not a whole lot else. There is a bit of tartness to start, but it soon blends into a sweet fruity finish. The palate is neither too dry nor too cloying. Not the world’s most interesting cider, by a long shot, but it has a reasonable sweet-dry balance, and would be a passable easy drinker, if it wasn’t so hard to find.
