Can, from M&S as M&S Cider, 28/02/16. Golden orange with moderate bubbles atop that soon fade away. Nose is apple pulp, straw, earthy, light smoke. Taste comprises toffee apple, apple skins, caramel, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough cider for the price point.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2010 440ml can from M&S. That it has come to this? Buying 11 new rates from M&S in Liverpool just because they are cheap?? Yes, well there you go when you have unimaginative supermarket beer buyers. Clear gold, no head. Some boiled apple on the aroma. Some commercial cider flavour. It’s not horrid, but I am just so disappointed by this. It’s fine, not too sweet, some dryness, but it just doesn’t go anywhere. but fine. Re-rate its not that bad. Drinkable decent fruit flavour not to sweet. Fine

On tap at the White Bear Rickmansworth, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma of medium sweet apples. Flavour is medium sweet, with a good crispness to it. Balanced and drinkable, leaving ample sweetness. Decent stuff.

Tap (Lloyds/JDWs Uxbridge)
5 Light sharp allpey aroma.
2 Pale, cleaer and a bit fizzy
6 Sweet, slightly sharp appley taste
3 Watery and sticky. However, there’s some acidic crispness.
10 Pretty tasty, but still clear filtered nonsense.

Can, 4.5%. Almost no aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. The flavour is very subtle. Watery flavour, tastes like cider with a lot of water. I wonder how they kept the ABV so high with so little flavour.
Earlier Rating: 6/10/2005 Total Score: 3
Draught. Clear yellow colour. Nice and sweet, very slightly acidic apple flavour. Not the worst cider I have had.

Bottle 1L. Shared with Mette, Janis and Douglas. Clear golden no head. Aroma: some sweet apple more acid, but the taste is very sweet, dry and simple. Just apple.

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2016 Re-rate 3/1/16: Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Tom L. As Marks & Spencer Cider. Yellow-golden. Aroma of apples and a bit of sulphur. Sweetish flavor with a mildly tart note, with apples and a sulphury hint. Decent. 6/3/7/3/13=3.2

[5/14/12] Draught at Charlie’s Bar in Copenhagen. As "Westons Premium Medium Dry". 4.5%. I hope it’s the right entry. Clear golden. Sweetish flavor with green apples, a hint of oak and a decent dry fruity finish. Pretty quaffable. 5/3/6/3/13=3
