Tap - Canal House - Nottingham. I was disappointed to see just two real ales in this pub when I walked in; both of which I’d previously rated and didn’t warrant a rerate. Therefore chose this, expecting to dislike it. I was actually pleasantly suprised thoug. It’s golden in colour and has tons of fizz. The aroma is sweet and very apply. Again lots of apple in the taste with low carbonation and medium sweetness. Quite smooth and inoffensive, and not nasty as predicted. A superior mass produced keg cider.

Cuso (8687) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUN 15, 2013
Can. Light yellow golden color with no head. aroma of yeast, apples. Taste, apples in very light way, yeast. acidic, dry finish. Almost flavorless cider.

On tap at the Bag ONails, Bristol 21/10/08. Plenty of apple fruit with a hint of yeasty dryness. An easy drinking quaffer.

Svesse (8598) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAR 6, 2011
(Draught at Bishop’s Arms South, Stockholm, 5 March 2011) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, slightly tart nose with apple juice and a touch of pears. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of green apples and a touch of citrus. Rather light body, slightly sweet. Hardly exciting, but well balanced and drinkable.

Hansen (8595) - Assentoft, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2012

Yellow clear cider. Starts with a white head, diminishing. Has some bitter aroma-notes. Not much fruit in the aroma. Flavor is mainly acidity and bitter.

DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2013
Keg, The Red Deer, Sheffield, 01/01/13. Pale fizzing green gold without a head. Rubbery somewhat industrial aroma. Better flavour with hints of sauce on gammon, light tannins, sparkling white wine, stomach cramps. Gut-rot: didn’t half finish a half.

Cunningham (7965) - Halden, NORWAY - MAR 16, 2015
Clear golden color with a small bubbly white head. Nice apple flavor. Tad sweet with a semi dry ending. Quite ok balance. A bit fruity and typical apple flavor. Decent fresh cider.
