Clear light orange cider, no head, small rim. Aroma: some tobacco, apples, smoke (?). MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: green apples, little tobacco, some lemonade, little bitter. Aftertaste: tart green apples.

Light yellow coloured and clear. Has a white head, diminishing. Aroma has notes of apples. Flavor is light sweet, moderate acidic, light astringent. Watery texture.

draft @ the bridge house, belfast .. . had this down as 4.8% .. . easy going cider .. . medium mouth .. . apple juice, hay, and red aplle skin .. . medium gold .. . sturdy foam .. . touch of tartness .. . a very good cider .. . . i once broke wind on an elevator. someone said, "that is wrong on so many levels."

Pours a clear yellow colour witha small, foamy and patchy head. Aroma of sour dry apples with some wood and cardboard notes. Flavour of sour and dry apples, wet wood, barnyard and sugar. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Not bad and very drinkable.
