Bottle bought on holidays and shared with MichaelBruch @home. Golden colour, low head. Aroma of apples. Taste of ripe apples, combined with some. dry oak hints. Good cider for a bargain price.

kerenmk (4722) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JAN 11, 2013
Draught sample at Beers 2013 expo, Tel Aviv. Pours clear golden with white foam. Acidic artificial apple aroma, a little sweet too. Tastes apple-ish. Sweet, not dry. Light body, apple finish. Doesn’t suck.

sulawang (1155) - - DEC 16, 2013
Visual: It doesn’t indicate medium dry anywhere on (my bottle at least) the front label but is noted as such on the back. Pours light golden apple juice yellow, clear as water with no head and a super thin ringed retention, lots of slow steady streams. Nose: oaked woody, tangy apple cider. (9)-pungent nose. Attack: dense sugars, fizzy Mid-palate: (MAIN) fruity apple, woodiness (HINT) lemon Finish: cuts off-dry, medium-high tartness, apple fruit juice exhale. Summary: Not much complexity of flavour, but does hit deep enough with its woody apple aroma and tart/zingy mouthfeel. Average at best. (Note: numbers above are on a 10-point weak-strong scale)
