Can. A light golden cider with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples - and not much more. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples as well as a bit of acid, leading to a lightly tart finish. NoiZe (2394) - Zeist, NETHERLANDS - APR 3, 2010

A yellow beer with a fast disappearing head. Both the aroma and the flavor are sweet and dominated by apples, the end is dry. An OK cider.
Had this one in Scotland. Lot’s of carbonation. Pale golden colored brew. A lot of apple and sweetness in both aroma and flavor. Light sour. sulawang (1202) - - DEC 16, 2013
Visual: It doesn’t indicate medium dry anywhere on (my bottle at least) the front label but is noted as such on the back. Pours light golden apple juice yellow, clear as water with no head and a super thin ringed retention, lots of slow steady streams.
Nose: oaked woody, tangy apple cider. (9)-pungent nose.
Attack: dense sugars, fizzy
Mid-palate: (MAIN) fruity apple, woodiness (HINT) lemon
Finish: cuts off-dry, medium-high tartness, apple fruit juice exhale.
Summary: Not much complexity of flavour, but does hit deep enough with its woody apple aroma and tart/zingy mouthfeel. Average at best. (Note: numbers above are on a 10-point weak-strong scale)
