Pale limpid pour with a bit of light carbonation. The aroma is softly sweet with a very light bit of pear aroma. A touch of soft spice and some light pear sweetness. Not terribly distinctive or otherwise memorable. Moderate tartness as well.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear golden with a off white head. Pear and a scent of horse manuer. Sweet and sticky pear with THAT organic touch. DuffMan (10435) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 6, 2011
Bottle. My first foray into perry! I’ve become a fan of quality cider, so I reckon its time to expand my horizons even further. Pours a crystal clear medium gold, moderate carbonation. Aroma is medicinal musty apples, not any indication of pears in the nose. Palate delivers flavours much the same, apple must, slightly medicinal, medium sweetness, very dry finish. Not very complex, and not very "pear-ish". Hopefully future perrys deliver a little something more! Beer5000 (6492) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 31, 2011
500 ml bottle. Clear, pale golden body almost without any head at all. Aroma is light fruity, not particular pear, toffee and hint of apple. Taste is sweet with some fruity acidity and mild toffee flavor. Not very nice, might be a bit off.

Pours clear golden with almost no head. Aroma has notes of toffee and apples. Taste is medium sweet and light sour. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is flat.
Bottle. It pours a clear, yellow body without any head, and the first whiff of aroma made me disappointed, sulphur is far too evident. Would have known if I read the label, but I didn’t. Luckily it soon diminishes a lot, leaving just a faint note of sulphur. There’s pears and some earth and cold autumn nighttime grass as well, but I would like it all much more pronounced. Especially the pears. In the mouth it’s quite dry, pleasantly carbonated, obviously force carbonated, and lightly sparkling. As for the aroma, the flavor should be more pronounced. There’s a light pear taste, a faint note of sulphur and grass, and some sugary hints. It hasn’t got the palate cleansing effect I would like it to have. Anyway, it’s a product several leagues above the regular industrial "pear cider", but it didn’t ring any bells for me. Won’t shy away if I’m served it, but won’t buy more of it either. 101027 GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 9, 2010
Bottle from the LCBO. Been sitting on this one for a while, but thankfully it’s still in good shape. Has the expected clear and light golden colour. Aroma musty pear juice, pear skin, and some dry white wine. Light body with moderate carbonation. Decent flavour of slightly vinous pear juice. A little unexciting, but still tasty enough stuff. 500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6%. Contains sulphites. Pale yellow colour, small short-lived head. Aroma of ripe pears, hints of sulphur. Fairly fresh and sweet pear flavour with a hint of sulphur. A bit too far out on the sweet side, but nice enough to drink.
