Tap at Ca[one’s and Craft Ale. Poured straw colored with clingy off-white head. Nose was fruity, pale malty, somewhat yeasty, with more fruit and malt in the finish. I’m not sure why Gary is whipping out a Heller Bock in late August, but whatever. blipp (9172) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUL 19, 2014

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a golden color with a small sized off white head. Honey, toasted grains, and lightly fruity. Not a bad beer (Maibocks are not one of my favorite styles, but found this one enjoyable).
