12 fl oz bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is nutmeg and ginger spiced. Sweet and light caramelish and light roasted. Lingering caramelish and spiced flavoured into the finish. Easy and nicely balanced pumpkin spices and malt base. Ungstrup (38384) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 3, 2006
A hazy amber beer with a light brown head. The aroma has very strong notes of pumpkin, but also cinnamon. The flavor is sweet malty, but again with very strong notes of both pumpkin and cinnamon, leading to a slightly dry and spicy end. A bit overdone for my liking. joergen (29216) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 3, 2006

Bottled (thanks PilsnerPeter!). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is pumpkin, wood and some slight fruity hops. Flavour is pumpkin, lots of spices and salted licorice. Spicy aftertaste along with some hops. Wellbalanced and quite nice. Travlr (26075) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 25, 2012

Cloudy red brown beer. Smooth to dry palate. SWeet pumpkin and malt. Lots of spice - cinnamon and nutmeg. Decent pumpkin beer but over spiced as many of them are!
(Bottle 65 cl) Clear, dark amber with a small, of-white head. Aroma of cinnamon and cardamom. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel notes and a distinct spicyness with also the cloves showing. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Pure pumpkin pie in a bottle, but actually rather complex and interesting. 011206 Leighton (22306) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 12, 2010
Tap at the Ginger Man. Pours hazy amber-orange with a moderate, off-white head. Strong pumpkin aroma with some sweet malts. Flavor is quite sweet and rife with pumpkin and spice character. Full-bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with lingering pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg along with some mild alcohol warmth. Excellent. chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 22, 2010
On tap at the 2009 Great Pumpkin Festival, Cambridge Brewing Company, Cambridge MA on 31 October 2009. Coppery colour. Huge spicy aroma. A little less in the flavour but still pretty intense. Laden with, and rather overwhelmed by, cinnamon. Too much for me. And, without enough balancing hops, or other elements, to compete with and ameliorate the spices. I found this hard to enjoy. If you love spices in your beer, you’ll love this. If, like me, you are less of a spice-fan, you may well find it something of a struggle. Just not my thing. Alcohol also a bit hot.
