Draft at Capones, this is part of Weyerbachers experimental hop project. Poured a hazy orange, 1-2 finger white head with tiny bubbles. Aromas is very citrus and pine fueled, with a malty honey sweetness present as well. Taste is juicy hops, orange peel, pine wood. Lacing was thick and spotty especially at the edge of the sampler glass. Finshes bitter at first then leaves an lagery aftertaste which kind of turned me off. Everything was working well untill the finish/aftertaste. A decent selection from one of my favorite local producers. Get it while you can as it will probably never be bottled. Pale golden-amber pour. The aroma is light and zesty. Fruity and citrusy. Zesty amarillo juicy fruit type aroma. Lean malt profile but lots of juicy citrusy hops. Lean and dry with a long lingering bitterness. Fresh and fruity - pretty nice although it’s a little watery.

Lightly hazy, amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, wood, light pine, some citrus, and floral notes. Taste of citrus, pine, caramel malts, grass, wood, and a dry finish. Much better than Marcia, but nothing incredible.
