A full-flavored hop assault delightfully lacking in balance. A combination of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Columbus hops are used to produce pungent aromas of grapefruit, pine and citrus.

emacgee (4704) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - DEC 11, 2012
Pours a soft and clean straw amber with one finger of off white head. Nose is a little funky/heady and off/vegetal. Slightly herbal. Flavor is grassy with a light corn character and zesty/citrus rind character. Light bodied and medium bitterness and carbonation. Just feels like it’s missing something.

12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours amber/golden with an off-white head. Aroma of citrusy and piney hops plus a little pale and caramel malts. Flavor about the same with very little malts. Average texture. A decent IPA but could be much better.

Draught. Pours a hazy amber color with a moderate white head. Nose is a little hoppy, but overpowering. Taste was somewhat bitter, but in a pleasant way. I found it a very smooth and easy drink.

Bottle has hazy gold pour with two finger white head that quickly dissipates. Earth, grapefruit, straw. Highly bitter, moderate sweet. Body is crisp and acidic. A bit on the light side. A nice, light IPA
