Bomber from Woodmans in Waukesha. Pours a hazy brownish orange with an orange head leaving some lacing. Super hazy/unfiltered/sediment-y. Aroma has that nice sweet grapefruity simcoe blend. Also some herbs and faint caramel. Taste is of sweet fruits, bitter lemony/grapefruity citrus with
some resin and some underneath caramel maltiness. More malty down through the glass. Medium bodied with high sediment. Finishes sweetly bitter in a nice combination, with some length. This is so "well made, very good tasting homebrew"ish. DrinkinWell (389) - - SEP 25, 2013
Pours a semi-opaque, brownish orange with excessive head due to super carbonation. Hops are a bit heavy, but balanced with the malts. Fun, high-gravity beer. kwoeltje (2233) - Manchester, Missouri, USA - SEP 15, 2013

Maybe I’m not the biggest fan of Simcoe hops? It’s got a pretty high ABV, so I taste alcohol and malt balanced with hops bitterness, as opposed to hops jumping out. Disappointing to a degree, but when you get to try something new that a beer buddy shares, it’s still a great experience nonetheless. Pretty high carbonation. kryon (3801) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 1, 2013
Pours murky amber with medium off white head
Aromas of hoppy citrusy fruits, caramel malts, alcohol
Taste is greatly balanced between hoppy citrusy fruits, caramel malts, honey, wee bit oak. It is medium bitter and bodied.. Very nice! QuezXLV (423) - Virginia, USA - JUL 29, 2013
This is a powerful Ipa with a lot of flavor. Lots of floral notes in the taste. Really nice golden brown cloudy color.

Bottle. Pours cloudy deep reddish amber with a gigantic beige head that dissipates slowly and lacing well. Aroma has notes of citrus, pine, caramel. Flavor odds about the same, medium sweet, medium bitter. Full body, rich chewy mouthfeel. Drinks like it has some age on it, but still pretty good. ganache (6029) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 29, 2013
750mL, corked and caged. My, that was a loud pop! Will take a while to compose myself, I think. Nose is extremely woody with gritty litter, bright citrus, sweet fruit and light yeast. Odin’s ravens, that’s incredible! Sort of a deep blood red - brown body with a huge foamy beige head. Taste is strongly bitter and cleansing, stripping with light astringency but a ton of hop juice, tempered in bitterness somewhat by sweetness, but by the time we get to that finish and aftertaste, man, it’s supreme IIPA dryness/hoppiness. Fullish body with a pleasant medium carbonation and deep -- if thin -- caramel base. Chest warming and a bit alcoholic with quick consumption. Great stuff.
