A rather pale sickly yellow, with barely a haze, and an anemic white head. Odour is better, with fresh oranges , rose water and coriander. In mouth, way too lemony, with notes of juniper berries, like a gin, and menthol. Very thin, raspy mouthfeel, too dry. Drake (13738) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 7, 2009

(Bottle) Pours a cloud yellow (like canned pear juice) body with a small white head. Miniscule aroma of light clove, herbal garden, and some orange peel. Flavor of citrus, earthiness, light banana bread, and yeast. Quite a light witbier. crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 15, 2012
A pretty standard witbier. I got poured it twice thinking I was gonna get a double simcoe. Spicy with a big yeast presence.
