Cask at The Wilkes Head, Leek. A clear golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma is sweet of orange peel, apple and floral, grassy hops. Taste of apple, pear, melon, grain, some biscuit, grass and floral, spicy hops. Light bodied and an oily texture. A grainy, citrus bitterness in the finish. Quite balanced and session-able.
