Pours pale gold yellow. Aroma is grassy and light malt. First sip is crisp clean and slightly grassy. Good summer beer, definitely a good lager. Lots of champagne like bubbles. Would recommend for lager lovers.

Golden lager with modest head. Grainy sweet aroma with some grassy notes. Metallic and harsh flavour, watery with a bit of bitterness. Light bodied and thin. I can drink it on a hot day, but I wouldn't go looking for it.

Gold color. I guess they are going for a sweet, creamy, underhopped lager. There’s some malt to support that idea, but also a fair bit of diacetyl. So much that it’s undrinkable.

Part of mixed 12 pack from The Beer Store. Pours an average size foamy bubbly white head but dissipates fairly quickly. Has a slightly pale golden appearance. Weak lacing. Ok retention. Aromas of grainy and light barley malts. Flavours are sweet and grainy malts, some subtle grassy and pine notes. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Not bad.

330 ml bottle from The Beer Store (part of Travel Pack). Pours a lightly cloudy golden colour with smallish white head. Aroma is grains, grass and a light vegetal note. Flavour is tart grains, sweet corn and a modest grassiness. Lingering vegetal character in finish. Disappointing.

Vancouver, BC, on tap at The Hub Restaurant. Slight haze to the medium golden pour, nice snow white head. Fresh grainy aroma. Flavor has some solid lager maltiness with a grainy back end. Some honey notes in the finish. Thick enough mouthfeel. Rating #39 of my 2016 vacation.

341 ml bottle poured at home. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Smells like malt and nuts of some sort. Has a nutty flavour; more flavour than I expected. I like it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Grainy aroma. Grainy taste. Lots of corn. At least the pint was cold, I suppose.

On tap @ Joey's Winnipeg. Pours a clear light gold with a thin white head. Aromas are grains and honey. Tastes are light grains, some sweetness like a jam. Light body, gentle carbonated bite and a short finish. Very sessionable and reminds me of KLB RaspberryWheat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Clear yellow orange with a white head. Aroma of oranges and yeast. Taste starts sweet, then is smokey, followed by sweet caramel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

YigSvartka (449) - Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 26, 2014
Transparent golden orange with a fair amount of bubbles. Quick head reduction. Unexciting grain, cereal, honey aroma. Smooth and thin texture as expected. Surprised with the taste. Initially smooth complemented with flavours of honey and cereal, but a mildly sour/bitter hop finish distinguishes this from the stereotype. Certainly not exciting, but not terrible either.
