Clear glass bottle. Terrible corn nose. Urine colour, no head. Almost lucky that it has no flavor and is pure water from here on.

341ml clear bottle. Gold colour with a small creamy white cap, leaves sticky lacing in the glass. Aroma is bready malt. Flavour is malt, grain and dough with a slightly fruity note. Finish is grainy and bready. Body seemed watery and thin and the carboantion is pretty weak /flat which goes against most reviews here, this bottle may well be off. Decent flavour but this beer would have scored higher with a better carboantion profile. It just seemed flat.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2009 2009-12-04. Crisp yellow body with a small white ehad and lace. Aroma is mild, light grainy notes, lightly sweet pale malts. flavour is similar, oddly sweet pale grainy malt. Slightly fuller than average palate. Meh, inoffensive but dull. 5/3/5/3/11 - 2.7 Bottle at Smokeless Joes, Toronto

2007-11-XX. Crisp yellow with a small white head. Sweet pale malt aroma. Very light, sweet pale malt flavour. Smooth palate, thin flavour. Pretty weak, but inoffensive. 5/3/5/3/10 - 2.6Draft @ Doc Willoughbys.

350 ml can from BC Liquor store in Burnaby: Pale straw color with a fluffy white head. Faint aroma of grain. Flavor is weak and lemony with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. Thin body is watery with moderate carbonation.

Gold with a fragile but large head. Very classy label but the clear bottle is a negative. Ginger-ale like in its effervescence. Light straw aroma with a wisp of fruit/melon. Sweet with a body that feels thicker and slicker than the appearance led me to expect. Hints of grain, melon and butterscotch.

Bottle courtesy of Irondjin: Poured a deep golden color lager with a big pure white bubbly head with average retention and some good lacing. Aroma of sweet malt with no adjunct detected. Taste is dominated by some sweet malt with no noticeable hops which could have increase the profile of this beer. Body is average for the style with some good carbonation. Overall, not a bad attempt but lacking some element to makes this truly interesting.

So were just getting this in Alberta now. Comes in a clear Corona-like bottle, so you know its a golden blonde. Surprises you with a chunky robust white head displaying excellent retention and generating an amazing amount of thick lace right to the bottom of the shaker glass. Im hammered. So take this into account with what follows. I find this quite Kolsch-like. Yes I know what a Kolsch is you idiot. This has a fruity light nose, grainy. The flavours are clean grains with a little breadiness and a nice light fruitiness. Clean finish. Im used to "premium" lagers stating their claim on an extra handful of euro-hops and the presence of some true pale malt. This is surprisingly a little different and I liked it.

Mildly grainy aroma with light cornlike DMS. Brilliantly clear golden body is topped by a bright white head that recedes to alasting cover with some patchy lacing on the glass. Corn is present in the flavour also along with light grassy, flowery hops and grainy malts. Very light bitterness. Light body with strong effervescence. Best served cold, Id imagine. Lager glass. Fridge temperature. Clear bottle (BCLS at 39th and Cambie, Apr-07).

Standard lager aroma, golden appearence with a touch of mustard cloud. Kind of a off-fruit flavor that disappears immediately after swallowing....

Pours a golden colour with a fairly thick head, slight flowery hop aroma. Odd fruity flavour, medium sweet. Inoffensive which I suppose is a compliment for a "premium" lager.
