Pours dark amber with a white head. Aroma is malty caramel, dark fruit, grass and light citrus. Flavour is caramle, grass, pine and dark fruit. Good bitterness. Butters (4063) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - FEB 12, 2013
Hah! Found my rating from working back at woodys smokes and brews in tennessee. Old bottle that had been on the shelf a while. Clearish amber pour with fair offwhite head. A bit bready on the aroma. Slight nutty, lots of caramel/toast flavor. Slightly yeasty. Definitely english as it had no real discernable hop presence other than an ever so slight bitterness. meh. Stevesie (336) - - JAN 7, 2013
Originally reviewed 6.6.08. Single bottled poured into a pint glass where nothing happened. Unremarkable appearance and nose. Virtually no head. Moderately bitter, the taste was sour milk garnished with a banana slice.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Oktober 2012. Pours clear dark amber with a small white head. Bread, caramel and grassy hops. Quite grainy. Medium to thin body. A bit dusty but it has a fine bitter finish.

FC Nordsjælland vs. Chelsea FC Champions League football night tasting in Odense, October 2012. Amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with bread crust and toffee, and a fruity touch of red apples. Sweetish malty flavour with a touch of fruit, and a slightly bitter finish Onenote81 (1002) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA - MAY 2, 2012
Originally reviewed: 6/10/09. This is the Whitbread brewed in OH, so it is technically not really Whitbread. Alas...
Pours a deep partially-cloudy amber with a big billowy off-white head on top. Nice retention leaving some sticky lacing. Smells like banana bread, caramel, brown sugar, beans, and malty biscuits.
The mouthfeel is disappointing. There is a decent amount of visible carbonation in this beer, but it does not transfer to any sort of bubbly mouth. This is very flat and wet feeling. Flavor is of bubblegum, honey, and finishes with a sort of dry chalky sweetness that is different.
This is an interesting brew to say the least. Different smell, different taste. If they could fix the mouth on this, this may be more drinkable for me. Swaroga (2223) - Warszawa, POLAND - NOV 26, 2011
33cl bottle. Clear amber with a small white head. Nose : Caramel malts, little alcohol. Fruity aromas. Sip : A bit foamy body with small carbonation. Toasty malts overpowered but hop bitterness. Still moderate but definitely dominating hops. A could be a second glass beer. Nothing special though. Benzai (16522) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 25, 2011
Bottle shared with Joes and DutchDrebus. Thanks Joes for sharing. Nice amber color, but not a good smell. Malt and caramel. Low to medium body, low to medium carbo. nike (966) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 8, 2011
Nice taste with a creamy feel throughout. Dark copper color, sweet caramel malty aroma, flavor is malts and caramel. Medium body with a hint of alcoholic bitter finish. This used to be one of my favorites.
