Bottle shared by jcwattsrugger. Pours cloudy yellow with lots of junk sediment. Almost looks like a lemonade gone wrong. Nose and taste of lemon, coriander, pale malts and peel. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - DEC 13, 2010
A: The pour is an incredibly pale straw color with some chill haze and a big white head.
S: Starts off with a sour aroma with some lemon, lemon zest, and a lot of yeast. There’s a bit of coriander and white pepper to it along with a touch of bread, and some raw (green) vegetables.
T: Coriander and pepper to start this one off along with a bit of a grassy hop flavor. Mildly bitter with some grain husk flavor with a bit of sourness and some more lemon zest. At least I don’t get my serving of vegetables, but the flavor is a bit watery.
M: The body is light to medium with a medium to high carbonation.
D: I guess the nice thing to say about this beer is that the 9.5% ABV is well hidden. Unfortunately, the flavors and aromas are not very good.

It was very floral, I wasn’t that big of a fan. Almost tasted like Bruery’s orchard white but less potent. BeerandBlues2 (13813) - Escondido, California, USA - MAY 18, 2013
