Pour is almost black, slight brown edges. Large, staying, creamy, beige head. Lovely roasted aroma, light liqourice, some blackberries. Medium carbonation with some small bubbles. Flavour has lots of roasted malts, good dryness, some astringency. Mild chocolate, soft liqourice, light coffee. Long, lingering, dry and malty and coffee bitter finish. Very nice stout.

Unlabeled bottle at the brewery, courtesy of Steve, shared with SHIG. Not sure if this is the right stout, since there is one other. Very dark brown color, medium tan head with solid lacing. Aroma of mild cocoa and cafe au lait. Taste is smooth, cocoa and weak American coffee. Light body. Nice dry, mild stout. fonefan (50710) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 24, 2009
