On tap at white flame brew pub. Nice amber color with a frothy head. Good hop and citrus taste
Sample at the brewery. Aroma is malty citrus. Tastes dry with fruit and citrus. Pretty good overall. jgb9348 (6583) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - JAN 19, 2016
My sixteen ounce can lists out at 6,0% abv.
Nice super hazy bronzed and light amber coloured body with a thick, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of fresh grassy and piney hops with a large herbal presence and some subdued malts, all with a dose of sugars throughout. Medium-bodied; Noticeable grassy and floral hoppy flavours at first with a little malt body, some sweetness, but a largely watery flavour toward the end, not too much going on. Aftertaste shows the herbs, grass and a little of the bitterness - but the malt is the strongest and the sugars at the very tail end. Overall, a decent beer at best, but with as many other options are around, this one isn’t a necessity to be on anyone’s list. I sampled this sixteen ounce can purchased from Siciliano’s in Grand Rapids, Michigan on 11-September-2015 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 19-January-2016. milewide (2332) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - SEP 8, 2015
Bitter...but firm body. Not mere "hop juice". I approve of their mobile canning to quickly gage drinker acceptance before they lock into a huge capital expenditure. marcus (10869) - Sacramento, California, USA - AUG 13, 2015
On tap at The Buck. Pours amber with a thick beige head and avtoffee and citrus aroma. Very malt forward and sweet, but with a nice more bitter citrus finish. Cosmo6644 (102) - Illinois, USA - MAY 8, 2015

Bitter orange pour. Orange peels. Not bad. Would try it again. Poured from draft at white flame tap room. rumproasts (6052) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - APR 7, 2014
can. Deep amber with one finger head. I really like the Galena hops on this one. On the malty side for an IPA, but the hops punch right on through. Very crisp and fresh tasting. peteinSD (1468) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 7, 2014
Can from Sean - thanks! Pours a dark copper with a thick off-white head. Thin, sharp bitterness in the aroma over heavier sweet malt and some pine. Taste is on the garbled side with thin bitterness and pine, off flavors, and spots of sweet malt. Odd how the beer has the two extremes of thin, sharp bitterness and overly heavy sweet malt but nothin inbetween to connect those two flavors. Below average IPA. auerbrau (3206) - Ithaca, New York, USA - MAR 1, 2014
16oz Can, with the best (worst) design I’ve ever seen on a can. Sean, where do you get these beers? Vague hoppy aroma, with some malt sweetness. I have a problem with Galena, where I associate the the name of the hop with the lead-based mineral, causing me to add "metallic" to the description of its use any time I have beer focused on the hop. Same problem here, I’m getting a "metallic" hop sensation mid-palate. This is green, leafy raw and strangely alcoholic, with some apricot and varnish. This is a peculiar beer, if I’ve ever had one, and probably a pretty good representation of Galena on its own.
