Thanks to my Greman-Irish connection for schlepping this over to the US in his luggage. Nice strong off-white head of varying sized bubbles. Vanilla and marshmallow are prominent in the flavor along with some light citrusy hops and mild sweet malts. Color is a hazy orangish brown. Lively mouthfeel with lots of flavor. Orange peel, roasted grains, tea leaves, mild bitterness and some bready malts. Quite a lot going on in there. little bit of alcohol presence to keep you honest. Slight astringent palate and is rather dry but the light bitterness/sourness makes the mouth salivate for more. The sweetness denoted in the aroma is not present in the flavor. A pretty good. I am interested in trying some more from this brewer. Guess I need a road trip to Ireland again!! :) anders37 (27062) - Malmö, SWEDEN - OCT 21, 2015
