Yule-Ól is a beer brewed with the Christmas Dinner in mind. Full of berry flavours with a hint of toffee and coffee, and the lovely warming of the strong alcohol. Enjoy with your dinner or sip by the fire. Either way it is a special experience. For a very special time of the year.

Opened a bottle of this years Yule Ol, pours with nice head, the feeling is warming with caramel , bready flaours. The hop profile of earthy is consistent with the English and Solvenian Hops proably Goldings and Styrian Goldings. The alcohol taste is warming . A good beer to sip at home for the festive season.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown almost coca cola color with a small lasting off white head. Aroma contains subtle hints of forest fruits and berries, little bit of chocolate and toffee. Taste is very similar to the nose but the berry flavor is more pronounced especially as the beer gets warmer. Goes down very easy although not the best from this brewery by any means.

Caramel brown, bit murky, beige head that dissipates
Aroma of sweet fruity caramel, a bit musty, dab of of red berries, some alcohol
Taste - Sweet toffee malts, soft fruits, dab of red berry, some coffee, alcohol prominent at only 6%, malty
Palate - Medium carb and body, bit over fizzy, rather sweet. Finish is a bit too dry, alcohol, some bitter bit metallic coffee in the finish, a tad harsh
Overall - Not a great palate in this beer. Disappointing. Didn’t finish it.
