Cask, pours a hazy light amber with a tan head. The smell is bready, fruity a bit of citrus. The taste is toasted grain, a bit earthy, bread, fruit ending crisp and dry. Light+ in body with light, fine carbonation.

Cask handpull at The Crosse Keys London as ’White Horse Village Idiot’. Golden yellow, translucent and still with a foamy white head. Aroma is melon and apple, slight astringency. Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of grape, lemon, some grapefruit, maybe a little peach, slight pale malts and subtle grassy hops. Taste of grape, lemon, some grapefruit, slight pale malts and subtle grassy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A soft, dryish, grassy hop bitterness in the finish. Cask at the Broomfield Tavern, Coventry on 28th October 2015. Pale gold with thin off-white ring-and-film giving spot lacing. Rich biscuit malt aroma. Cask at the Pembury Tavern - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. The nose has some fruity hops, peach, pithy lemon. Light sweet flavor with some pale grains, straw, faint cereal, lemon peel, more pith. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Simple finish with crispy biscuits, lemon rind, more straw. Decent golden.
