A very nice, light drinking Belgian. Pours a beautiful bright orange-amber with a thick white head. Smells herby and a little fruity, classic Belgian. Taste is very creamy, with the Belgian yeast, and a malty finish. Had on tap at the Goat Tavern in Mt. Shasta.

Pours a golden color with a slight haze and a white head. Nice aroma of banana, bubblegum, and spice with a hint of cotton candy. Some clove and coriander notes make up the spice. Nice malty aroma to provide sweetness. Sweet on the palate with lots of malt and esters. Plenty of banana and pear, maybe a hint of golden raisin. Some coriander and white pepper spiciness. Really nice bready malt with a bit of sugar and a hint of cotton candy.
