Barleywine complesso e non eccessivamente dolce per la gradazione che presenta. Non eccessiva la presenza della botte, bilanciato bene. Pericolosamente bevibile nonostante la gradazione e la maturazione in botte. Una delle loro migliori!

330ml. Copper full bodied beer. Mose has lots of fruits, caramel, oak, calvados. One of the best beers i ever had

Bottle, pours clear tea color with high beige head that reduces to a nice lacing after while. Aroma of vanilla, oak, caramel, apple pie and brown sugar. Full body with high candy sweetness and some refreshing fruity notes. Very oily and sticky. Alcohol is slightly warming but is generally very well hidden considering the high abv. Great drinkability.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark brown beer with a very thin off white head on top. Aroma has some stone fruits, pear, oak and boozy notes. Flavor is very sweet, alcohol is not very burning, well in balance, fruity, but not very complex. This could be any kind of strong barrel, because the alcohol masks the fine characteristics of the calvados. Still enjoyable though, yet flat in the mouthfeel and long in sweet aftertaste.

Pours brown. Aroma is caramel and apples. Taste is a hit of malt, apple and alcohol. Not bad but it lacks depth.

karpik (1545) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - JAN 31, 2017
Honey, caramel, toast, bread, fruits in nose. Pours brown with beige head. Taste is heavy sweet, syrupy with honey, malts, dark fruits, wood. Low bitter finish with alcoholic burning in the throat. Flat carbonation, oily texture. Overall good but bit too sweet for me.

Clear, brown, not very big, but steady head. Great aroma: cherries, malt, wine, caramel, peach. Full body, heavy cloying sweetness, high bitterness. Very fruity flavour, extremly sweet and dense, but thanks for high bitterness quite drinkable. Alcoholic, but it fits.
