Teppisten-bier is a complex belgian quadrupel with a syrupy body and notes of dark fruits, hazelnut, sweet chocolate and spices. The name is a joke from italian word "teppista" (hooligan).

Aroma classico dello stile, molto piacevole:frutta matura, cioccolato, calde note alcoliche. Gusto altrettanto piacevole e ben fatto, rispecchia tutte le componenti dell’aroma. Birrificio molto molto interessante sicuramente da approfondire.

33cl pullo @Tuulensuu, BBE 6/21.

Dark amber/cider color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, dark fruit, caramel, & spice; Flavor of sweet malt, yeast, dark fruit, caramel, raisons, and some chocolate notes; Warm finish; Nicely balanced; Not overly complex - but solid overall.

Pour is a muddy river water brown with a small white head. Aroma is sugar covered plums with a little treacle. Flavor is a sweet dark fruit with some molasses in the back round. This is a bit too sweet for a quad that I would like, but there is a nice dark fruit aspect to this beer. The alcohol is hidden well, just tone down the sugar and you may have something here.

Dark reddish brown with a small head. Red fruit, dried plums, raisins, burnt malts, some salty caramel, anise candy, spices. Some additional sourness in the finish, together with a bit of alcohol

lello4ever (1168) - ITALY - MAY 13, 2017
Carbonazione leggera.

Rich ’golden’ brown. Not much head. Foggy. Aromas of raisin, molasses, date. Some hop aroma there if you really concentrate, coming from the herbal/floral realm. Taste is sweet, moving towards a bitter and boozy finish.

Caramel liquorice notes, brown colour. Quite sugary which hides the alcohol.

[email protected] Bar, Malmö - Dark Amber pour with small white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste with some dark dried fruit, sweet caramel and toffee, brown sugar, nice spices into the finish. Solid.

Draught. Hazy ruby colored with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and dried fruits with notes of spices. Sweet and fruity flavor of caramel and dried fruits with notes of spices. Sweet finish.

Lange warme, licht zoetige, afdronk. Stevige quad. Topspul.
