UPDATED: MAY 26, 2014 33cl @ brewpub ’t Gaverhopke. Pale blond-orange with a big soft foam. Aroma shows a sort of complexity with flowers, spices, herbal hops, earthy, saaz. Body is medium and extremely soft. Taste is: flowers, herbal hops, malts, unmalted cereals (wheat and oat?), complex spicy hints. Balanced well. Sure not a classic saison, but a very good brew. bionda opaca con schiuma compatta. Leggera ma morbida con note dolci di fiori e buona speziatura, va giù alla grande. La mia preferita del White Pony! HomerJ79 (18) - Roma, ITALY - FEB 14, 2014
Our tribute to Venice, a beautiful city, a saison in the Wallony tradition, with a medium foamy body and an herbal spiced taste supported by malts that reminds to serenity and uncontaminated lands. KombatAle (129) - New Brunswick, CANADA - MAY 24, 2014

Pale yellow white persistent foam. Aroma of hops, flowers, grassy herbs, esters. Medium body. Again flowers, grains, candy sugar, esters, fruits, grassy herbs, spices, ginger. Maybe not a real saison, but these guys are experimenting a lot, the softness makes it dangerous drinkable. Nice belgian ale! Celest (137) - - MAY 29, 2014
UPDATED: JAN 25, 2015 Cloudy golden to light copper. Malts, bitterness, herbs, lot of spices, coriander, honey, some cara malts. Soft.

Draft. This beer has something beautiful from the aroma and the appearance, soft and smooth, it looses a bit in the taste but the esters and the spicy hint are nice, ending a bit dry with hops. Maltomatto (18) - - JAN 26, 2015
Draft. Copper golden, creamy head. Lot of flowers and earthy notes, some fruits, +1 for the soft body. Japalo (1887) - DENMARK - MAR 14, 2014

frape. Golden haze. One finger foam. Fruity floral rose. Dry. Friendly. Great saison. Ardenner??!??
Bottled from Biergenot, BB July 2017, large sample. Served in a trappist glass. Almost clear orange color, short to medium lasting white head. Aroma is spicy, peppery, bit flowery and earthy hop, slight grainy malt, bit hay, slight hint of bubblegum. Bit sweet, slight bitter. Bit caramelly, hay again. Full bodied but with a bit dry finish. Medium carbonation. Im a bit in between whether its a boring brew or a very nice brew, which is kind of strange. I give it the benefit of the doubt and decide I like it.
