UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 My treacherous faces- dark brown with big beige head and very good lacing. Big grapefruit, lime, tequila indeed, light chocolate, caramel, light sweet malts, lots of spices. Some vanilla and flowers. Light tart citrus and bitter citrus peel with a light malty sweetness. Quite dry finish. Full bodied with lively carbonation. Great balance, not boozy at all despite the high ABV and tequila.Where is my cat?

Tasting at SF, Vancouver, courtesy of Daniele; vintage 2015
Cloudy golden color. Aroma of malt, rubber. Some Belgian yeast, the tequila adds a botanical note, too much booze.
Very weird, not very pleasant.

330ml bottle @ the office. 2015 Vintage
. Pours an opaque dirty light brown with a small off-white head. Nose is potent barrel and light tequila, with a muddled hop note. Flavour is a weird mix of green grassy hops, tequilla, and wood. Not sure this mix is doing it for me.

Bottle - Vintage 2015 - Caramel and barrel notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Barrel and almost sour bitter notes. Herbal and a long finish.

Murky. Light brown. No head. The aroma is totally oxidized, chewy hops and a bit of alcohol. So old and stale, and wow, cheesy, lots of alcohol and bitterness. Really, just a boozy mess. Tequila...I don't know... maybe

2015 vintage. 330mL bottle, pours an opaque dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma is intense, with lots of tequila barrels, agave sweetness, and some subdued resinous hops. Flavour follows suit, with lots of tequila, resinous hops, and light sweetness. Fairly subdued tequila, with muted hops. Not a fan of BA IPAs in general, and this is no exception - not least of which because it's old. Not terrible, but not good.

lkowalkowski (699) - POLAND - APR 13, 2017
Barwa jasna, herbaciana, piana biała, drobna, niezbyt obfita. Dosyć szybko opada. W aromacie owoce, delikatna karmelowa słodycz, tequila. W smaku podobnie jak w aromacie. Owoce przecinają się z beczką, tequilą. Delikatny posmak alkoholowy. Bardzo ciekawe i oryginalne piwo.

Ysok02 (2040) - Mons, BELGIUM - JUL 28, 2016

PriorL (3068) - Gent, BELGIUM - APR 19, 2016
33cl bottle. APPEARANCE: dark blond beer, nice stable off white head. NOSE: hoppy, caramel, very sweet, alcohol, malts. TASTE: alcoholic, fruity, malty, yeast.

Bottle Appellation Wines, Comely Bankers Draught tasting. Pours cloudy amber with a thin white head. Aromas of booze, lemon, tequila. Taste is yada yada. Boozy, woody finish. "In the long run, he had done more for his ideals in death than he did in life".
