COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Tip Lager is a moderate bodied pilsen lager, brewed in the style of a European premium brand. The finest malt and additional aroma hops provide the beer with extra flavour and a smooth bitterness. Golden in colour with a clean crisp palate, the beer has extra maturation time to achieve the 5.2% ABV and smooth flavours. 5 cents per can go to the Cayman Department of Environment, Marine conservation project and Save our Seas.

Again drank from can, so no report on foam and color. OK though given the location and temperature for drinking. (Cayman Island 201702)

Grumbo (2089) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - SEP 8, 2016
Bottle my wife brought back to UK from a visit to Cayman Islands. Pours pale gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of malt, syrup and corn. Medium sweetness and light but lasting bitterness. Light body, texture sticky, average carbonation. Finish is above average on bitterness for style. An decent lager for a hot day.

A bit grainy and corny, but packs a far better hop punch than the other CI lagers.

Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light malt and grain with a little skunking. Taste is lightly grainy and a bit sweet. Honestly not terrible but that's only because it really has very little flavor or aroma.

Bottle at home. Pours clear gold with a medium, creamy white head, short retention with spotty lacing. Aroma is sweet Pils and cereal malt with light spicy hops. Flavor is sweet and crisp malt, light hops and bitterness, a clean lager character and a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.
