caramel, barnyard, rich aroma ,golden, frothy, light body, thin feel, average carbonation, this is a really really nice lager...recommend ManVsBeer (10253) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 19, 2013
Lager style aroma and texture, but there is an element of ale in here too. Nevertheless it doesn’t stand out. Pale yellow colour with no head. flying_pig (1555) - SCOTLAND - JAN 11, 2013
Bottle from Asda, Enniskillen:Stuartyboy (1644) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - JAN 4, 2013
Clear and light coloured beer with a golden yellow colour and a bubbly, white head on top.
Sweet and with a helping of citrus and some grassy hops as well. There is also some light malts and a few light floral notes thrown in for good measure too.
Citrus and some floral hops upfront with a few sweet malts as weel but these are not as strong. There is a little honey and butterscotch around the middle too and overall it is a pretty sweet tasting beer.
Light-medium in body with lively carbonation and a slightly bitter finish.
A pretty average pale lager/helles beer with a taste that was beer than that of a mass market, industrial produced beer but it wasn’t quite craft lager either; well not in my opinion anyway. It was drinkable and pleasant enought but at the same time it wasn’t great and one bottle was enough to do me.
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2013 Bottle at home Clean crisp lager with floral grassy aroma slightly sour aftertaste but nice as far as larger goes Theydon_Bois (19189) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - AUG 25, 2012
Bottle at (parent’s) home - 25/08/12 - thanks to Steve ’beers I’ve known’.
Pours a clear pale golden colour with a thin white head. Lively carbonation evident from the appearance.
Pale malts, straw and a little honey and orange on the nose.
In the taste, sweet malts, grassy, a little wheat and grain, a pinch of citrus and a little spice culminating with a bitter crisp finish.
Medium bodied with a good level of carbonation.
Well poduced lager.

Bottle 50cl. A cloudy golden beer with good head. Nose is honey and grainy like. Aroma is grainy, hopy and honey like, caramel notes with malty and floral touch, very nice hopy and honey like beer, not filtered quite nice. cgarvieuk (24166) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 12, 2011
bottle at home ... Golden yellow ...big white head ... horibble grassy lager nose ... again grassy ... almost smokey lager hop ... really not my thing at all Down2die (106) - IRELAND - NOV 29, 2011
bottle from asda strabane. hoppy bitterness not a real lager in my book between an ale and lager. AshtonMcCobb (6498) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 24, 2011
50cl bottle, thanks to Dan. Pours a hazy, pale, lemon colour with a decent head, some of which hangs around. The nose has raisins, hay and then oranges. The taste has more raisins and cereals. The palate is medium-bodied and textured with a dry finish. Overall, this is not a lager in my mind, maybe somewhere between a pale ale and a saison. My least favourite of the 4 I’ve tasted from Whitewater, but a good standard overall. Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - JUL 22, 2011
Light golden lager with frothy white head. Clean floral ssaz aroma with resinous tones. Pineapple and light malt body with steady stream of bubbles. Bitter moreish finish.
