Glowing straw. Lightly tart apple, green apple, refreshing. The tart apple lingers but isn’t overpowering. Very crisp. Nice. luttonm (6554) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 13, 2016
Tap at Holy Mountain. Pretty yellow, soft with a pillowy white foam. Crisp, sweet fresh fall apple aroma. Great clean apple flavor, nothing else here. Lovely, very tasty, medium dry natural mild sweetness. Lovely! goodbyeohio (36) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 26, 2013
Pours an effervescent light gold which stills quite quickly, leaving a scarce collection of bubbles clinging to the glasses’ interior. Aroma rides the line between apple flesh and baby powder, in what some describe as a ’mousey’ way. First sip puckers the palate a bit, as this is both dry and tart. Finishes clean and the upfront has interesting notes of watermelon, vanilla, and lemonade. Definitely a random, thoughtful cider.. still seems to be lacking focus and could improve with a culling of the apple varieties, I’d imagine. Recommended for its interesting intensity but probably my least favorite of the initial three flavors.
