UPDATED: JAN 29, 2013 Cask (?, Canterbury)

Dull malty aroma. Smooth palate, soft carbonation. Classic bitter, nice drying resiny bite. Fruity body, nice bready malts. Nice quaffer, a touch sulfury in places, but it fits well with the bitter.

Rerate: Cask (Live and Let Live, Cambridge)

Anna: Peachy aroma. Maybe a bit watery, but a nice water, not a minerally one. Reasonably hoppy for an English beer. Phil had nothing to add.

A Mes rate. Cask at the Artillary Arms, Ramsgate.
Clean mid brown with a thin off white head. Very faint diacetyl in the aroma but it’s just about covered by some grassy hops and fruity malt. Similar flavour with the hops coming a little more to the front and a pleasant citric hint in the finsh. Dull but drinkable.
