Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 15, 2011
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is fruity and slightly citric. Light body, tart fruit - almost Bretty - very dry finish with quite some astringency. Clearly this wasn’t intended like this, but it ain’t too bad. 150411

Bottle at home, from the Wine Society Winter Beer Box, big thanks to Jeff, 27/12/16. Clear golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is light plastic, faint citric peel, straw, grains, rather thin the plastic aside! Taste comprises light fruit esters, faint bread, straw, twiggy, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre at best.

yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 15, 2011
Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A beer that pours with a few micro-floaties in an else clear, golden body. Small, white head. There’s some brett-like aromas here, slighlty citrusy and barnyardish, with a grassy, citrus-peel like hoppyness and some malts. Hints of black pepper. The flavor has some pepper, along with brett and bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. A long finish is more or less like the initial flavor, nice and yummy. A beer that might not be intentionally bretted, but it’s sure nice. 110415

3.3
Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 15, 2011
Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Gathering, 2011. Pours hazy golden with a small off white head. Citrus peel, barnyard and hints of brett. Medium, dry and smooth palate.
