Hazy amber beer, good off white head. Light palate, slightly soft and airy. Light caramel malt, well balanced with mild hop. Mild aniseed and minerals. Creamy dry finish. Not bad.

Clear light to medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, chocolate notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
