COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Brewed as the Staff beer for the CAMRA Maldon Beer Festival since 2007 Light in colour with a real hop kick. Refreshing and very more-ish. So good one of the local brewers voted it ’Beer of the Festival’ in 2007 where it gained more votes that the ’official’ winner! Now our regular golden ale.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Gold to Amber with slight head. Malty, caramel beer, fairly dry, butterscotch, nothing gets through this initial flavour so I cannot tell what the hop impact would be. The bottom edge of average.
