2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours gold with a large fading head.
Nose shows some bready and biscuity malt with fainy sulphurous notes and a fair whack of spicy hops.
A little of the bready malt follows as a flavour and some of the hops but otherwise its a bit dull. Very weak bitterness results in a seemingly sweet beer.
Body feels a bit watery.
Poured a clear golden with a one-finger bright white dense foam head that retained very well and laced well. Carbonation high, lively and coarse. Aroma moderately strong of grainy and biscuity malt; no obvious hops. Taste of biscuity malt and low sweetness with low bitterness. Light body. Crisp, clean, slight dry and with a slight mouthfeel tingle with a short slightly sweet finish. DavidAust (275) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - DEC 27, 2016
330ml bottle. Light aroma, light colour, light fluffy head. Crisp and clean. Enjoyed, but the style leaves me wanting something more.

Golden, crispy kolsch from Wicked Elf. A little foamy white froth. Malty, sweet aroma of mostly grain. Light and refreshing beer. A good example of an easy drinking style of beer. BarossaLuke (552) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 13, 2016
Slightly cloudy, low head. Biscuity malt with a little sweetness and low bitterness. Easy drinking beer in the Kolsch style. mcberko (18583) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 11, 2016
On tap at Little Brewing, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out cereal and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with cereal malts and biscuity malt. Clean and light - very drinkable but forgettable.

Bottle - yellow pour with a massive frothy gusher of a head. Aroma is sweet, biscuit malt and a bit of citrus. Taste is sweet up fruit witha bit of berry and then sort of fades into the finish. Medium palate. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 15, 2015
bottle picked up at prince of wales in newcastle. a bit of a gusher, loads of foam with a very pale shade of golden; aroma of lemon-scented cleaning products and rice crackers; faint bitterness, hints of magnesia mineral water; pretty dull TedE (1429) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - AUG 16, 2015
330ml bottle into glass. Weak grains and hops aroma. Pale yellow beer with two finger white head. Medium carbonation. Sweet malt taste, a little zing on the tongue. Finish is sweet, fruity, creamy, even a late touch of sherbet. It is refreshing but is it a Kolsch? A bit too sweet perhaps. ANZUShophunter (510) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUN 7, 2015
Bottle from Beer Cartel. Frothy head with some nice fruity esters on the nose. Sharp, crisp taste with tart notes that mellowed a bit on warming. OK LesArgen (370) - AUSTRALIA - OCT 25, 2013
Not a bad Kolsch, with aromas of grain and citrus. The palate is pleasantly bitter with plenty of citrus and a slightly sour aftertaste that makes it a very nice summer beer. A little more malt would be nice.
