3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Great Copper to amber colour with beige head. Looks and smells enticing. Sweet citrus cascade hop aromas really spicey and delicious mmmmmmmm. Some caramel and coffee at the start then the citrus hops then a well rounded bitterness. All works well together and crafted extremely well. A top effort.
Pours a burnt orange with a thin white head. Aroma: Pine, citrus, honey, grass notes. Taste: Pine, biscuity malt, citrus flavours dominate. Mild floral flavours. Mild honey/molasses flavours. Mild sweetness. Low carbonation. Thin body. This is a decent pale ale. Nothing special, but easy to drink. Not one I would choose again. nhardes (105) - - MAY 27, 2017
Clear pale golden ale with thin short-lasting head. Hops and malt well balanced. Medium carbonation. Malt finish with good body and length.

A clean easy going Pale Ale, deep orange in colour great sized lasting head, with well rounded citrus and malt flavours, a regular! KeefOz (1952) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - FEB 23, 2017
BB 08 JUN 2017. Poured as a full glass of light tan foam that slowly settled to a hazy mid-amber coloured beer that laced well with lots of suds. Carbonation high, lively and coarse. Aroma softly of tropical fruits (passionfruit, hint of melon). Taste of sweet caramel malt with hints of citrus and with a slight tanginess; low bitterness; not enough hops coming through. Light body. Smooth with a flat mouthfeel and low bitterness on the moderately long finish. danjs5 (357) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 11, 2016
UPDATED: NOV 19, 2016 Pours almost an amber colour. Initially a frothy malt taste moving to a thin citris mouth feel then to slight molasses flavour and bitterness. Straw, chaff, toffee malt aromas. Probably more English style than Australian or American pale ale. Interesting beer.

Excellent. Three sessions re-proving it’s quality.
Perfect use of crystal malts, including their aroma moving to an impeccable hop taste, with hop aroma coming thought sinuses. Lingering bitterness can be too much if applied to incorrect foods, but is always moorish. Love it. StuffWine (187) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 10, 2016
Very enjoyable beer, though not sure if is truly a pale ale. Pours a beautiful deep solid orange colour with small-medium sized white head that somewhat lasted. Aroma is suprisingly strong of malt, honey-molasses followed by grapefruit and passionfruit citrus hops. Flavour is initially sweet and malty moving quickly to dry bitterness of pine resin and citrus peels with wisps of honey moving in at the end. Medium bodied, oily mouthfeel, with very very very long bitter finish. Yeah, will drink this again, but... pale ale... really? mcberko (19837) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 11, 2016
On tap at Little Brewing, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out piney and citrusy hops, followed by biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Well-balanced and fresh. Like an American pale. Richardprz (3) - - OCT 2, 2015 does not count
Surprising crisp taste, goes well with a medium rare rump steak. Flavours of citrus and hops

bottle from the prince of wales bottle-o in the junction. pretty frothy emerging from the bottle; lightly hazed amber; some pine and citrus in the aroma trails off pretty quickly; modest bitterness, clean but a little flat
