A Bohemian style pilsner craft brewed using European pilsner malt. Golden in colour, with enticing aromas and flavours of Saaz hops and complex malt. Finishes with a lingering hop bitterness.

Nose was encouraging, a bit of saazy flower. In the mouth the body is easy going, but the bitterness falls off a bit and there is not a great deal of interest. Good summer beer, but there are better examples ie Emersons.

From a 330ml bottle on 7/1/2010. Has a nice hoppy, malty smell to it and tastes great - again lots of malt and a touch fruity, which you dont often get with this style, and a lingering bitterness a la Urquell. Certainty one of the most enjoyable pilsners Ive tried. Gets the thumbs up.

Bottle. Pours a deep, clear golden orange with a frothy white head that doeant last long. Aroma is mildly sweet with notes of caramel, pine, sweet malt and fruity hops with a hint of bubblegum. Flavour is not as sweet, with a stronger malt backbone and some nice hop bitterness, especially on the finish. Very nice pilsener, much better than a lot of the Australian brewed ones, and very sessionable.

Bottle. Pours a nice deep amber. Good white head that hangs around for a little while. Aromas of sweet malt with plenty of hops. Quite herbal and floral in fact. The flavour initial has some sweet maltness but then plenty of nice hop flavours and a little resin on the back palate.. Really well balanced and a really nice pilsner.

Draught at The Platform Bar, Brisbane. Pours dark golden with a small, lively white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus and floral notes. The flavour is sweet malt and citrus. Clean and crisp mouthfeel. Good bitterness. Nice to see a well made pils out here.

Nice head and murky orange colour. Fizzy sherbert flavour with citrus and then doses of pils saltiness. Very good. This brewer keeps on delivering.

Bottle - Poured a golden colour with a clean white head. Malt and citrus flavour, bitterness lasted a bit too long. Would have liked a bigger hop flavour.

Fantastic Pils. This is has got to be the best attempt of a Czech Pils Ive ever tasted. The aroma has that same characteristic as an imported Czech beer, not as overpowering but it was there. But I have yet to taste any other so called Pils to get this aroma, superb. Herbal, floral and a little fruity. Great Linguring Bitterness flavour, although not as spicy but clean. Great melanoidin malt flavour. Well Done!!!

330ml bottle. Big rocky head when poured into the glass. Head settles to a nice white foam. Hazy and amber in colour with a malt and hop aroma.

330 ml bottle, poured dark straw colour, excellent white head that clinged to the glass and lasted for much of the beer. Rich fuity aroma hints of sour oranges and some underlying grainy malts. Med to high carbonation, aromas turn to flavours when it goes in, touches the sides nicely as the bitterness kicks in and lingers after it has passed over and down south. Very easy to drink, good example for an Aussie pilsener
