3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy golden yellow with plenty of white head that laces the glass. Aroma of lemon and maybe a touch of coriander. Taste is crisp, carried by the slightly higher carbonation than I would expect. Sweet and a little yeasty with a slightly sour aftertaste. I like it a lot.
Poured as a big bright white dense foamy head that settled to a clouded pale straw colour; head retained well and produced small amounts of suds-like lacing; a few yeasty sediment floaters. Carbonation high, average and fine. Aroma of yeast, slight spices, a hint of citrus and faint wheat. Taste is moderately sweet, slight fruit (citrus/lime), very low spices and low bitterness. Light body. Crisp and smooth with low bitterness and a slight tanginess on a short finish. Easy drinking. StevieT (2012) - AUSTRALIA - AUG 12, 2016
From a bottle. Great example of the style, lots of citrus flavours and the distinct wit Bier yeast profile. Good stuff. mcberko (17816) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 11, 2016
On tap at Little Brewing, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out lots of coriander upfront, followed by a little curacao. Flavour is huge on the coriander, with a high amount of spiciness. A coriander bomb. Decent. Samma (166) - Fitzroy, AUSTRALIA - JUN 21, 2015
From bottle into glass (then into mouth): Pours a somewhat hazy pale yellow. Slightly spiced floral nose. Rounded mouthfeel with a hint of spritz. Some banana flavours with usual coriander undertones. Well executed and balanced take on a style I can take or leave. magpieken (129) - - JUN 15, 2015
330ml bottle. Best before 2 Jun 2015. Hazy, pale gold colour with a generous, off white head which eventually reduced but left plimsoll lines. Gentle aroma of yeast, coriander, vanilla, citrus and sherbert. Low / medium sweetness, low bitterness. Smooth, creamy, medium body with a hint of zest and spice in the finish. Not the boldest expression of a witbier but very, very, drinkable. 7.

330ml bottle into glass. Aroma of wheat and malt. Cloudy golden, foamy white head, yeasty sediment. Smooth zesty mouthfeel. Finish is slight bitter & tang followed by creamy wheat/malt. Delicious. Rangi (672) - NEW ZEALAND - DEC 14, 2014
Hit the spot on a 34+ day. Poors a straw yellow, slight cloudiness. On the nose it is coriander and some slight malt sweetness. Flavour is nice bitter, plenty of coriander in there. Nice drinkable factor. May be isn’t the most complicated witbier but finding it very good! Bootlegger007 (157) - AUSTRALIA - SEP 11, 2014
Floral - malty/hops, lightly cloudy, good colour good head but small, good flavour, good balance between hops and malt still a wheaty style, easy drinking, smooth. Danev76 (505) - AUSTRALIA - AUG 15, 2014
Fruity aroma, strong on melons. Slightly cloudy golden colour with good head. Very light fruity flavour, a bit like a fruit salad. Light body with medium to high carbonation. Rosslew (320) - AUSTRALIA - FEB 15, 2014
Like a good wheat beer it packs a good head - and keeps it. Lemon colour with straw and wheat aroma. Nice malt on the sip and a very smooth vision. Pleasant.
