On tap at Mellow Mushroom. Really clean, floral, nice pine. Some slight cherry sweetness in the malt body, but it’s light and crisp. I don’t know, it’s just clean and good.

On tap. Dark red color with an off white head on it. Huge hop aroma, with a little bit of malt, but not much. Taste is similar to two hearted, but not as crisp. Really good beer; I have heard good things about these guys and the next time I am in Asheville, I will be going in there..

tap at sam’s. Solid, more well balanced ipa from WW. More floral and piney than freak and some of the others, but certainly well made. Centennial shines here for sure. Good, not great.

Sampled at Hickory Hops 2014. Huge fresh hop aroma - mostly citrus, but I get other flavors as well. Solid malt backbone, too. I could have drank this all day.

Kentucky Fried Charleston Trip Beer #55. Draft at the downstairs tasting room. Pours a clear amber color with a thin white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of fruity, piney, floral hops, mild caramel malt. The taste is caramel malt, resin and citrus hop. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness.
